What areas do you cover?
In-person services are available throughout North, North West and West London. Online consultations are available across the UK and internationally.
How quickly will I receive a reply?
New enquiries are typically answered within 1–2 working days.
Can training take place in my home?
Yes. Private consultations are carried out in your home where appropriate, allowing behaviour to be assessed and addressed in the environment where it naturally occurs.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes. Online consultations are available for suitable training and behavioural enquiries throughout the UK and internationally.
How many sessions will my dog need?
Every dog is different. Following your consultation, you’ll receive recommendations based on your goals, your dog’s needs, and the level of support required.
Can you train my dog for me?
Yes. Dog Smarts offers several ways to work together, including Private Training Sessions, Stay & Train, Ongoing Training Support and owner-led programmes.
